One open proposal per wallet. Allow 24 hours between submissions.

How the firm decides.

  1. Any holder can bring an idea. Sign in with a Solana wallet. A positive $SUIT balance is checked before proposals and comments are saved.
  2. Discuss, then vote. Ideas stay in discussion for at least 48 hours. The team checks scope and feasibility, and publishes a note when opening a five-day vote.
  3. 1 $SUIT = 1 vote. Voting power is the wallet's balance at a finalized on-chain snapshot taken when voting opens. Later purchases or transfers do not change it. Pool/program owners and the system address are excluded. Tokens held by exchanges or other custodians cannot be claimed through a different wallet.
  4. Approve, reject, or abstain. Sign your choice. Your latest accepted vote counts until the deadline. To pass, approve must exceed reject and at least 5% of eligible snapshotted $SUIT must participate. Abstentions count toward participation. A tie does not pass.
  5. Passed is the start of delivery. The team tracks planned, building, shipped, or blocked, with a public reason and a working link when shipped. Votes guide the roadmap; they do not automatically move funds or guarantee a budget or launch date.
  6. Check the record. Every open vote includes its snapshot slot, downloadable wallet weights, signed ballots, and update history. This is a team-hosted, off-chain community vote, not autonomous on-chain governance. Wallet counts are not unique-person counts.

No token lock, gas payment, or transfer is required. No ownership or equity rights are created. These rules are fixed for each vote when it opens.
