1. Using SUIT
These terms apply to suitstayson.com and its website features. “SUIT,” “we” and “our” refer to the team providing this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use its features.
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use it only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for meeting any separate eligibility requirements of services you choose to visit through our links. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Token information and external services
$SUIT is a meme token. This website is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not promise profits, a minimum token value or a return on your money. Crypto assets can be highly volatile, lose all their value and become difficult or impossible to sell. Make your own assessment before taking any financial action.
References to $STONK rewards and the receipts section describe information reported by StonkFun. Displayed distribution totals are community figures, not a statement that you personally received a payment. Pending rewards are excluded. Dollar estimates use the reported token price and are not historical dollars paid. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
Eligibility, amounts, timing and continuation of any token rewards depend on the relevant third-party system and its rules. SUIT’s website does not guarantee distributions or operate a claim, redemption or payout service. Community ranks and milestone labels do not create a financial entitlement.
Swap, chart and social links take you to independent services, including Jupiter, Dexscreener, StonkFun and X. This website can connect to a Solana wallet for a free Suit Shift sign-in message. It does not hold your assets or execute trades. Any transaction you choose to make elsewhere is governed by that service’s terms. Check the network, token address, permissions and transaction details yourself; blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
3. AI fitting room and image rights
Only submit images you have the right to use and send to an AI provider. Obtain any necessary permission from people shown. Do not upload private credentials, sensitive documents, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s privacy or rights.
When you request a portrait, you authorize SUIT and its service providers to process the submitted image together with the supplied suit body reference as needed to perform and return that edit. SUIT does not claim ownership of your original upload or permission to publish it for you. This fitting-room permission does not authorize a public gallery or an advertising use of your photo. Hostile Takeover requires a separate, explicit public-profile confirmation.
The fitting room uses xAI’s Grok image service. Your use must comply with the xAI Acceptable Use Policy as applicable to this feature. Processing can fail or be refused. Generated images may be inaccurate, resemble other outputs or include unwanted details. Review the result before using or sharing it; do not present an AI edit as an unaltered photograph when that would mislead others.
You remain responsible for how you use an output and for the rights of any person, character, trademark or other material it depicts. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable or cleared for every use. Downloading a portrait does not transfer rights in someone else’s likeness or intellectual property.
4. Suit Shift, receipts and sharing
Suit Shift is a free browser game for entertainment. Its coins, points, combos, ranks and best scores have no cash or token value. Points do not convert into tokens or money. The team may separately announce community prize rounds; playing or appearing on the live leaderboard does not automatically entitle you to a payment. The game is not a wager or token claim. The prize receipts box records announced awards and links to completed transfers when verified. It distinguishes announced prize amounts from amounts received, and marks missing or mismatched proof as pending. Past payouts do not promise future prizes.
Your practice best is local to your browser and can be lost if you clear site data or change devices. Connect and sign in before playing to record a ranked shift. The leaderboard stores one best score per wallet for the current rules version. The server validates completed shifts, but validation does not guarantee that all play is human or free of cheating. Do not automate play, manipulate submissions or abuse the service. Invalid or abusive scores may be removed, and game rules or leaderboard seasons may change. A session lasts up to 24 hours and a ranked shift must finish within one hour. Tied scores rank by the time the score was achieved, then wallet address. Receipt-card and game-share controls prepare a download or an X draft. You decide whether to post it. Make sure any shared reward card retains its timestamp and does not imply guaranteed or personal earnings.
Hostile Takeover
Hostile Takeover creates fictional community companies with eight cosmetic seats. A company, job or takeover reveal does not form a legal entity or convey employment, token holdings, governance rights, assets or rewards. One signed wallet can hold one seat in each company. Eight filled seats unlock a shareable board poster and browser-rendered reveal; they do not prove eight distinct people or any financial achievement.
When you confirm and save a public seat, you authorize SUIT to store and display your selected portrait, display name, seat title and wallet address on that boardroom, and include them in its downloadable poster and reveal. Use only images and names you have the right to publish. Do not impersonate people or organizations, expose private information, harass others or upload unlawful material. Founders can remove members and close their company; members can remove their own seat. Copies other people have downloaded or shared may remain.
Invites are public links. Wallet sign-in does not move assets and does not reserve an occupied seat. The service limits excessive company creation and image uploads to protect shared storage. We may remove abusive profiles or unavailable content. Image processing, recordings and browser export formats may vary by device. Review your poster or video before posting it.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website for its intended community, information, portrait and game features. Do not:
- Use it for unlawful activity, harassment, harmful impersonation, non-consensual imagery or infringement of another person’s rights.
- Attempt to obtain credentials, bypass security controls, access another person’s data or interfere with the site or its providers.
- Use automated abuse, excessive requests or other methods that disrupt the service or impose unreasonable costs.
- Misrepresent a game result, AI portrait, community rank or reported reward total as an official financial promise or endorsement.
SUIT branding and site materials do not grant you a right to impersonate the project. Third-party names, characters and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights; their appearance does not itself imply endorsement or affiliation. We may restrict access or discontinue a feature to address abuse, provider requirements or operational needs.
6. Availability and responsibility
The website and its features are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, a particular AI result or continued availability of a third-party service. Features, supported providers and access conditions may change. Save any image you want to keep on your own device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. This includes losses arising from reliance on delayed third-party data, unavailable features or decisions you make about crypto assets. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
These website terms do not replace any separate terms that apply to a token, a blockchain protocol or an external platform.

Proof of SUIT titles
Boardroom jobs and tiers are cosmetic community titles based on the published thresholds and the holdings observed at a particular check. They are not employment, compensation, ownership, governance rights or a promise of rewards. Wallet balances and title rules can change. Downloaded portraits reflect a past check, not continuing proof of holdings.
